waiting calls do not show up on wallboard or realtime monitoring until answered!

Hello,
  it seems that on 1.4.3 the waiting calls are not shown on wallboard until an agent answers the call.
This system is an upgrade from 1.4.2. When running 1.4.2 waiting calls were showing ok.
I have checked and qloader is uploading the lines ENTERQUEUE in database ok.
Also the waiting calls are showing up ok on Live monitoring but when the call is answered it dissapears from Live and appears on Realtime/Wallboard.
Anyone else had this problem?

Server is running an ntp server so its always synchronised.

Are you running with a time zone offset?

Timezone offset in qloader is 0

my $timezone_offset  = 0 * 3600;  # in seconds


Strange thing is that now is working. All i did was resize the realtime.refresh_time in configuration file because i had set it to 4 seconds. Now i have set it to 8 seconds.  Im not sure how this can be related but wating calls are now shown.  ???
Anyway, since its working again we dont need to fix it!!!    ;D
