Enter Call Outcomes from telephone terminal

The Queuemetrics user manual states that an "agent will either key in on their telephone terminal or report through QueueMetrics itself through the Agent’s page"  I can't figure out how to enter it via the telephone.  We don't want the agents to have to login to QueueMetrics Agent page to do this.  Is that a feature code or something?

QueueMetrics:
It is possible to do this, but you will have to program it yourselves. What QM cares is that the record added to the log has the right format.
