Title: problem with calls via the robot user

Hi all
I need to have custom reports retrieved by the robot user
If I try to call this url  http://x.x.x.x:8180/queuemetrics/qm_rep.do?user=robot&pass=xxx&queues=123&period=d30
I see the report correctly defined by default.

but if I try to make  report called such a test, and I recall it using the parameter reportname, I still see the report defualt, where am I doing wrong?

Do you have a report called "test" in the Reports defined? Please post a screenshot.

yes,
I created a report called test in which there are no data agents

You could add just one screen to that report and add a report to that screen - just one, for testing. Could you send some screenshots?
