Title: Pause duration visible for agents?

Hello. Is it please possible for agents to see themselves (e.g. throug their realtime page) how much time they have spent on billable/nonbillable pause? If yes, then please what should be done? Or rather some access level on reports to their agent stats? Thanks for any suggestion.

At the moment this is not feasible, unless you do that writing some XML-RPC scripts.
