Title: Edit queues with User-Key restriction

Hi folks,

I created a UserClass with the following Keys: USER USR_QUEUE
Afterwards I created a User within this class with a User key.

Now I expect that the user can administer all queues, that have this key, but unfortunatelly the user is able to see *all* configured queues?
Is this intended? Is there an other way to create USR_QUEUE users that can only administer _some_ queues but not all?

No - the admin part is common. If you can access it, you can see everything.
