Hello,
I have an issue with Agent Report, if i'm selecting an agent it doesn't show anything just 0 calls answered and unanswered.

Total calls processed: 0 (0 ans / 0 unans)
Ratio: % ans / % unans
Also i want to mention that i selected for each queue what agents belongs to it. I selected from "Main", "Wrap" and "Spill" columns.
The rest of the queuemetrics works just fine, for example if i make a report per queue 9999, in the report i can see calls, please see the printscreen http://imageshack.com/f/ipd4sVMCp (http://imageshack.com/f/ipd4sVMCp)
Please advice what settings should i do to see calls on Agent Report on each selected agent.

issue is solved by setting in Cfg Agents - "Asterisk Aliases" the same name as "Agent Description"
