Hi;
Why I have to configure the queues manually in the vicidial? Actually it is a bothering method, it should be detected automatically. Any method to overcome this?
One more thing, with vicidial, we can use queuesmetrics to generate quality assessment?

Qm covers the reporting part, so it will do QA on all calls it tracks.
