how report for calls not taken by agent ?

Hi,
I am not able to have a queue report that shows how many calls are not answered by every agent (roundrobin strategy).
I can see that all the queue did loose calls, but I don't know which agent didn't take the call.
How can I get that ?

You need to look at the "Attempts" page.

In that page, the results are strange.
In Unanswered page, I see 9 lost calls:
but in Att. page I see 13 lost calls:
Do you kno why ? ???
