Title: Problems about "Agents currently logged in"

After i change the login in agent from local/*** to sip/***,the "Agents currently logged in" always only shows  two agents,but in the local/*** channel it show a bit more,why?

I have create a view 'agenti_noti' from the asterisk database instead of the table ''agenti_noti''

I am not sure we can help you if you changed the Asterisk DB.

it's not AstDB,it's the QM DB but select from the AstDB

We do not support changing the database schema.
