Title: recording download problems

when i download the recordings,the file name is be "qm_popup_streamAudio.do" not *.wav , is it a bug?

This is not a QueueMetrics bug, but depends on your browser.
Some browsers, such as Opera, are capable of resolving the .do to a .wav, while others don't offer this feature.
