modify call status in agentpage

one of our  client ask us about if we can modify the call status in the agents page when there is an call for every agents.

i want to modify to set the calls  with some codes like:

ARPTX
ARPBS
ARPFS
.
.
.
instead of what came with the instalation

Yes this is - you should see a configuration option:

* Edit QueueMetrics settings
....
Edit call outcomes
....

That's the one.  ;D
