Call Recordings Not Listed

We were long overdue for an upgrade to queuemetrics and upgraded from a 2014 version to the latest version.
After the upgrade, asterisk continues to record calls into the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/YYYY/MM/DD folders, but the available recording files are not listed in the queuemetrics interface for those calls. What do I need to address in the configuration to insure that queuemetrics is aware of these recordings?

Upon further investigation. Outbound recording is functioning properly. Only the inbound queues are not properly linking to the recorded files.
