Title: xml-rpc Status Agent
Post by: Baltar on March 14, 2011, 19:18:31
Hello

I'm building a custom wallboard using xml-rpc and I'd like to add the agent status availability, this is, check if the user's in pause, idle, in use, etc.

I tried several xmp-rpc calls but none give me that info (or maybe I misinterpreted it)

When I go to queuemetrics and open "Live" tab, I see that info:

Using xml-rpc how can I get the info that's in "Status" column?

You can see the data from the Realtime page, not the Live one - still you can see whether an agent is on pause or not, because you see the hour that the pause started.
