Loway announced the release of QueueMetrics 19.10

Loway Switzerland announced today the new version of its professional monitoring and reporting suite QueueMetrics.
QueueMetrics collects data from an Asterisk or FreePBX and generates analytical reports with over 200 different metrics, covering the key categories for an effective call center management, including realtime panels, historical reporting system, supervisor page, agent page, wallboards, quality assessment modules, payroll management, soft-phone and much more.
Release 19.10 focuses on a major improvement in the user interface, now rebuilt with a modern toolkit for an up-to-date look and full support to mobile browsers.
The data Synchronizer module is completely new, easier to use and more efficient, while agents actions can be now performed through a JSON API, security and data protection has been largely improved too.
Support for Korean language has been added as well as several bug fixes added.
