Title: pause issue

When I change platform.directami.extension= variable from queuemetrics web configuration to 'SIP/${num}', Transfer and dynamic agents works but agent pause doesn't work, what should I check?

Are you pausing the Agents trough the Agent Page?

Would you mind getting in touch with support@loway.ch regarding this?
