Title: User and Agent creation

Anyone know how, when creating a user within QM I can create an identical agent at the same time?

Unless I'm missing something, the manual doesn't state whether this is possible.

Oh and add them to a set list of queues?

Would I be able to script it perhaps?

Hi Byron.
This is not possible, actually.
We did not implemented because there could be more agents than users. This is not a 1 to 1 relation.

Moreover this could be a good suggestion. I'm thinking to something that could be optionally executed if a flag is checked on the user page creation.
