Title: Troubles with hotdesk and RT_HANGUPCALL and RT_TRANSFERCALL

 There are something strange on the configuration.properties couse the line

callfile.hangupcall.enabled=true
callfile.hangupcall.channel=Local/10@queuemetrics/n
callfile.hangupcall.extension=30
callfile.hangupcall.context=queuemetrics

But there isn´t a declaration to the hotdesking function like

callfile.hangupcall_ht.enabled=true
callfile.hangupcall_ht.channel=Local/30@queuemetrics/n
callfile.hangupcall_ht.extension=10
callfile.hangupcall_ht.context=queuemetrics

Then in the realtime page and when a call is a live, the function Hangup doesn´t work and the same thing happend with the Transfer button.

It seams that there isn´t a deployment to this functions work when Hotdesk is turn on.

Hello,

I'm not sure I understood the question.
The first configuration should work both with Hotdesking on and off.
It doesn't exists any callfile.hangupcall_ht.* configuration.
