Calls from QM are choppy

Hi All.

I have a strange issue.
I have QM (Latest ver.) on Freepbx/Asterisk 1.8

I use the extensions_queuemetrics.conf file that has my trunk settings changed.

I notice that when I use the "Dial button" to dial out as an agent, the call quality is really bad (Metallic, choppy etc.)

When I dial directly from the phone... crystal clear  :-\
Both calls uses the same outgoing trunk...

Any Ideas?

Looks like it was a codec issue.

It will be tested...

QueueMetrics:
QM has no control on the call handling - it just asks Asterisk to process it.
