Popping a URL with Outgoing Call

(1/3) > >>

mfreff:
We currently pop an application with an incoming call, and would like to pop the same app for outgoing customer callbacks.  We have configured an outgoing queue and we can place an outgoing call using the agent page, however we get an error message when the screen attempts to pop the app.

HTTP Status 404 - /queuemetrics/qm/-,18005551212,
type Status report
message /queuemetrics/qm/-,18005551212,
description The requested resource (/queuemetrics/qm/-,18005551212,) is not available

Where 18005551212 represents the number dialed.

I am using the same default url as I used in the incoming queue and i get the error whether or not I attempt to pass variables.
Is it possible to have an outgoing call pop an app the same way an incoming queue does?  What am I missing?

Thanks.

QueueMetrics:
Have you defined a default URL for the outgoing queue?

mfreff:
I have defined a default url in the outgoing queue properties, identical to the associated incoming queue, but it is not using this information.  When I hover over the link in the agent page, the url shows as http://myserver:8081/queuemetrics/qm/-,18005551212,
The incoming queue pops the app properly.  It looks like the outgoing queue is not using the information from the default url.

QueueMetrics:
Can you post an example of the queue_log entries for one of your outgoing calls?

Hello, I'm working on the same system with the OP (mfreff). I grepped the queue_log for the number he was calling and this is a sample of what we have there:
1263226359|1263226354.4465|5105|Agent/7040|CALLOUTBOUND|-,18005551212,
1263228117|1263228114.4469|5105|Agent/7040|CALLOUTBOUND|-,18005551212,
Of course, I only replaced the phone number.
