Hi how ya doin'? ;)
since we installed QM we have been watching that its getting slow when we click on QA icon and if we details a call ?
how can i resolve this, because, my client have to wait 5 or 10 minutes between.?

That is when searching for recorded calls - likely you have them all in one huge folder. If you break them down by day or month, this will be way faster.

All right, now the waiting time reducted, but i also need to reduce the time when a supervisor click on TRACK QA. it takes to much.
