Title: cannot find QA Form and Cfg QA tab

Hi all,

I have asterisk version 1.4.22 with queuemetrics 1.5.0, all were running okay but I cannot enable the QA Form, I can't find Cfg QA on my tab. Please enlightened your humble servant.

I don't remember if the QA stuff was already present in 1.5.0 (but I guess it was); you need to give your users the correct keys to see them. See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/apb.html
