Title: Ajaxify realtime page?

Currently the realtime monitoring page must refresh itself in order to "maintain session information", and to get updated queue data.

This generates constant network traffic, and affects the CPU usage of the machine it is running on.

It would be nice if the realtime monitor was modernized a bit to take advantage of newer web technologies.

FYI: this is currently available with QM 1.5.5
