Title: XML RPC Doesn't show Location, can't filter by Agent

Hey there,

My XML RPC call I'm trying to do two things:

Filter OUT certain agents (supervisors) so they don't appear in my list, and
Filter by Location

I can't get the "agent filter" field to work (I've tried strings such as "Agent/101" "agent/101" "101" and the agent name, "Bob Jones 101" and "Bob Jones" to no avail). No matter what I put in there the results I get back in RealtimeDO.RTAgentsLoggedIn shows every agent.

I also don't see any mention of Location filtering in any of the Realtime reports, yet the Realtime report on the Queuemetrics JSP page shows a location filter there.

Help!

There is no location filter in XML-RPC at the moment, but the agent filter is expected to work
Which version of Qm is that?
