Title: Can See Incoming Calls But Agents are Not getting them

On the realtime stats page i can see calls in the queue, but the agents are not showing up and are not getting calls.

Loway QueueMetrics - 1.7.1.13

FreePBX/Asterisk

Most likely they are not logged in to the queues?

I have the same problem. Agent logged in but not getting any calls

Do agents appear to be logged in in QM or not? and are they logged in at the Asterisk level?
