Title: An Agent can change the state of other different Agent.

I Log On with the Agent/300 in QueueMetrics and I can change the state (Log on, Pause, unPause,...) of the Agent/400 or other. Why?

Because he might do it in order to help a colleague.

And I can configure QueueMetrics to only permit to the Agent Logged in QueueMetrics to change itself state?

Not at the moment, I fear.
But this is planned for the future.

I think it should have been, but maybe it slipped out at the last minute  ;D I'll go check.
