Title: wrong queues on agents codes

Hi All

I am running queuemetrics 1.7 and Asterisk 1.8 .

why sometimes Agents code shows logged on the wrong queues.
This is frustrating and I have to use console to log them off and then log them back on the console and it will show the right queues.

any idea how to prevent this

Hi mathabathe,

not sure why you get this error, but QM 1.7 is really really old, so I suggest you at first to update QueueMetrics to the latest version, is it possible that this alone solves the problem  :)

thank you. Upgrading qm is on the pipe line and will upgrade sometime this year

We believe that the issue of benefit sharing is very reasonable.
