How to refresh realtime agent pages???

#In how many seconds is the realtime page to refresh?
realtime.refresh_time=18

this on ly refresh live monitor as it says but i want to refresh realtime agents page?

Hi, this post is kind of  old but i have the same problem still, i mean, I changed the next  parameter  from 18 to 5, Because agent page refresh was  taking too much.

#In how many seconds is the realtime page to refresh?
realtime.refresh_time=5

But after  the change, the page still taking 18 seconds to refresh and the monitor page for my admin time change to 5  seconds.  it looks like the parameter is not for agent page refresh.

So what could it be?

Oh i got asterisk 1.6 and QM 1.7.0

You mean that if you change it manually it does work but defaults are not kept?

No sorry, even if i change it to my personal value, it keep the default value on agent web only, the monitor page for admin it works fine the refresh time.

The AGENT's page cannot be changed - but it is just meant to keep the session active. The agent should press "Refresh" to renew.
It is the realtime page that can be tweaked.
