Title: limit selection list for outbound queues in agent panel

When making an outbound call via the agent panel, all outbound queues are listed regardless whether the agent is assigned to those queues or not. Is there a way to limit the list to only those outbound queues that the agent is assigned to?

Hello,

you can assign a custom security key to each queue.
The queue will be visible only to the agents that have that key in their security keys.

You can take out an object or purpose of use
