display pause reasons

i sent an email to Lorenzo yesterday with the errors from asterisk

QueueMetrics:
Do this:

On the asterisk box (when there is no other activity):
1. log on the agent
2. run tail -f /var/log/queue_log
3. have the agent go on pause
4. report the lines that appeared on the queue_log
