Reports - Display Average call length in minutes

Here's a request from my QM users: is it possible to display Average call length in minutes, just like Min call length or Max call length?

QueueMetrics:
It's not possible at the moment, but if anybody else is interested, we'll add it to the TODO list. If that is really important for you, you may consider a customization job from us.

jacobi:
I assume "customization job" means extra costs :) and I'm not sure they're going to pay for this, considering it's such a small thing ... Anyway, if you're going to add this in one of your next releases that's fine too.

QueueMetrics:
I have added it to the TODO list, though I cannot make assurances about when this weill be released....
