Outbound dailing routed to trunk by dialed number

(1/2) > >>

winston:
I have been attempting to find a way to use different trunks depending on the number dialed (via QM) to alleviate very stubborn DTMF issues to particular numbers  using our main trunk group.   We are asterisk 1.8 , freepbx.   I see where it would be possible to use a custom trunk in freepbx to have fail over but have not seen a way to use the outbound route engine.  I would assume this could also be accomplished using custom dial plan but there again I only see how to fail to a second trunk not route by dialed number.

Thanks

Have you been able to use a freepbx trunk or outbound route from the queuedial context?, i need to be able to use the pattern matching and replace that freepbx does in my outbound campaign.

QueueMetrics:
I would do the routing first and then have multiple QM outbound routes...

winston:
Loway,
Could you please elaborate a little for me, please.   When using the QM dial from the agent login exactly how would I route first, to multiple QM outbound routes?

Thanks,
Mike

QueueMetrics:
I think that if you send the call to Local/number@from-internal/n in FreePBX, instead of sending it to SIP/provider/number, you have the call processed as-if it was dialed locally, so all routing applies.
