Paused agents disapper from realtime agent's page.

hello everybody,
i Want to know if, one agent can be paused for more than 8 hours, keeping fixed on the realtime agent`s page for ever. Is it possible? Unfortunately i have a customer request, to keep an agent paused in the realtime agent`s page, for more than one day. I already using the sliding window, to do not flush realtime page, it is working well, but paused agents, are disappearing

Hi Jean,
to disable the hotdesking you need to set default.hotdesking=0 in the QueueMetrics configuration.
After that you can set a fixed extension for each agent in the agent configuration ("Edit agents" page, pencil icon) in the "Current terminal" field
