Title: Free agent after transfer a call

We are currently running queuemetrics with two agents receiving calls on a round robin system, the agents receive the call on another voip platform, when one of the agents answer the call and transfer it, queuemetrics keeps the agent as busy, is there a way that queuemetrics could free the agent if the call is transferred?
