Hello everybody
I dont' understadn user vs agent for displaying my report .
I want a simple page in my report with "Calls being processing" and "Agents currently logged in"
My first problem : what is the goog Data Blocks in the selected menu when you create a report?
My second problem : how to attach my report to my user ? and not to my agent

because i see how link report with agent but how can i see my report when i log with my user account ?

I have several agents created (not by me, i'm newbie) with different queue, report assigned and they can log in to see real time page.
Version of QM : 15.02.1
I played with "CLASS" parameter in user configuration, i try set it to "Supervisor" or "Visitors", what i need is a a little of both:
I would delete these two sections on the home page :
- Activity Summary Report
- custom Report
And I would see on real time page these two sections :
-"Calls being processing"
-"Agents currently logged in"
Is this possible, please have you idea ?

Hello all,
perhaps a part of solution : in configuration user , you have "show classes" button.
In this page you can create your own class : i create my class = SIMPLE with KEY = SUPERVISOR REALTIME
then I affect this Class to my user
It's not exactly what I wanted but its better.

sorry for the late reply; in general the realtime page is not customizable (it will be in the future); and you can't mix realtime reports with historical reports.
To limit the visibility of a report to a specific user go to the reports detail and set a "Visibility key", then set the same key in the desired user (Edit users), in the security keys field.
