Title: The results in reports. the output from the group

Hello. Excuse me for the quality of English. The problem is this: the head of the call center wants to see the results of all reports. how to implement it? 2 question. not working out of the group. displays members of a group but it is still ringing. Version of the latter. If necessary provide additional information, write what is needed.

I'm really sorry but can't understand your question, could you please rephrase the following points:

• the head of the call center wants to see the results of all reports. how to implement it?
