missed calls not showing on real page

missed calls are not showing on the agent real time page.
I can find the on reports , but I need the agent to see their missed calls on the agent real time page.
any suggestions?

Hello mathabathe,

that's because a call is not really lost by the agent but from the whole queue; until the call is not handled by an agent it is not owned by anyone.
