What to do after install? Real-time doesn't show agents status

<< < (2/3) > >>

QueueMetrics:
When you run a report that is not per agent, do you see agent names (look at answered calls) that look like the ones you defined or they look different?

torontob:
In Queue All reports they come as local/number@from-internal.

Here is what I see if I run a report for Yesterday for All Queues and if display ALL reports in the next page:

Queue details

--- Code: ---Date    Caller    Queue    Wait    Duration    Pos.    Disconnection    Handled by    Attempts    Code    Stints    Srv
08/25 - 09:47:08 2132222222 Russian-Queue 0:08  5:33  1 Agent local/341@from-internal 1 1
08/25 - 09:42:41 7033333333 English-Queue 0:04  10:47  1 Agent local/343@from-internal 1 1

--- End code ---

OR:

Thanks

QueueMetrics:
You need to enable Agent rewriting, so that local/123@from-internal will be read as Agent/123 in QM.

default.rewriteLocalChannel=true

torontob:
Hi,

Thanks for that. And where exactly is the re-writing to bet set? Any specific file or part on the GUI?

Thanks

torontob:
NVM. I found the file. This should be part of the installation process for Trixbox and PBXinaFLASH.

/usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.6.1.2/WEB-INF/configuration.properties
