We have been considering to implement either a mailing list or a forum solution for a while, and finally decided for a forum because it's a bit more immediate to use and search if compared to a mailing list.

We hope this forum can get to be a useful tool for our community of users worldwide. Ideas for improvement are welcome.

Hi, 

I am new here; i wonder if some one knows if the queue metrics can be configured to show Only the agents asocieted to a queue that a user has defiden in his valid keys.

In other words, to work in the "show only members" mode by default and the "show all members" option is disabled.

I'm looking someone who can help me because i'm newer in QM, i need help to configure my QM i don't understand the word "servelet" and how to reboot it, i want also to know wich i must configure in the file web.xml
