It would be great if it's possible to get all call records from an agent or selected agents in a date range. Others filters would be great :)

You mean, accessing directly the list of calls after searching?

I mean to the audio files.

QueueMetrics:
You could use the export call functions for this. You'd get a bunch of audio files in a folder.
