Title: Asterisk Show 2 Agents logged in QueueMetrics shows 1

if I do a show agent on asterisk I see there are 2 agents active now.  If I check in QueueMetrics I only see one agent.  This has been a problem on and off for a couple of weeks, I have not been able to reproduce it.  Any suggestion on how to troubleshot this and resolve it.

Look for the logs that either agent produces when they log on-
