Can See Incoming Calls But Agents are Not getting them

On the realtime stats page i can see calls in the queue, but the agents are not showing up and are not getting calls.

Loway QueueMetrics - 1.7.1.13
PAID License
FreePBX/Asterisk

QueueMetrics:
Most likely they are not logged in to the queues?

QueueMetrics:
Do agents appear to be logged in in QM or not? and are they logged in at the Asterisk level?
