Title: Agente no se puede firmar en la cola Elastix 2.4

Hola,

He  tratado de instalar Quequemetrics en Elastix 2.4 varias veces y siempre me encuentro el mismo problema. Al tratar de hacer Login del Agente/101 en la cola 300 el mismo ( como el ejemplo del manual)  se queda pensado y nunca hace el login.

Estoy muy interesado en comprar las licencias pero no he podido poner esto a trabajar .

Alguien tienen alguna solución para este problema.

Hi Alejandro,

a couple of things to check:

- AMI it is working / QueueMetrics dialplan is installed (use the "AMI tester" into "System Diagnostic tools")
- you installed qloader and data is sent to the database
- QueueMetrics is reading from the database and NOT directly from the queue_log file

Hi Mirko,

I installed Queuemetrics directly from the Elastix Addon Site. I ran all AIM dignostics and every item was check OK, and the only problem was that the agents cant log in. This was done in a Production server.

After this I did a clean install using the Dev server but with the manual instalation as described in (https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsHowTos/blob/master/QueueMetricsInstall.md)  and i got the same results. I am using the latest Elastix distro 2.x .

I have seen a similar post on Forum, but their is no result ion of the post.
