Title: Hide disabled buttons on Individual agents page
Post by: henrydogger on May 19, 2011, 10:58:29
Hi,

Is there a way to hide the disabled buttons on the Individual agents page?
At this moment some buttons can be or are disabled, but are still shown on the page.
We would like to hide these buttons if possible.
Thanks in advance!

Henry

Yes absolutely - they are there just to show that they CAN be there.

See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/apd.html - look for the section "Agent’s Realtime Page".

Thanks for the quick reply, we allready tried using this parameters.
They only involve the 4 lowest buttons on the Individual agents page...
If we set realtime.agent_button_X.enabled to false, it gets grey but is still visible, if we disable all the buttons however, none are shown.
We would like to enable one or two and not show the other two if possible.
Also we would like the top buttons hidden...

these can be set with: callfile.agentaddmember.enabled for example.
If we diable this button, it gets grey, but we would like to know if we could completely hide this button?

No, at the moment the top buttons are shown disabled in any case.
