Title: OnHold status and RT panel

Hello,

is there some way to "monitor" onHold extension status in RT panel? Would be nice if we could use some dedicated verb for it. Our customer wants to measure "how long the customer has been onHold" - and have some report for it.

It is something that is not at the moment reported by Asterisk - if it were, we would gladly monitor it! :)

It is not reported by Asterisk, but I can imagine using device state (hints) to filling up queuelog with necessary entries.....
