Inbound seen as outbound

Dears,
Why does Inbound calls seen as outbound in real-time monitoring on QueueMetrics?
I have Queue on Elastix server , also use Dinamo Pro cc, and all calls which reaches cc first goest to ivr then if customer select to contact with an operator call diverts to queue. But these calls seen as outbound. What is wrong here?
