I'm having trouble adding member in the agent queue, only it happens at a specific time of 10:00:00 AM not log comes a message on the agent's screen "The QueueMetrics failed to send the command to the PBX." 10:01:00 but he can log rule, it happens'so this schedule out, what can this be? Can someone help me!
