Agent screen caller id not showing

Dear Team,
I am facing one issue one of the agent is not getting the caller id number in agent screen for particular queue i checked extensions_additional.conf and queues_additional.conf everything is fine. In the same queue all other agents are facing randomizely its a US toll free number. Kindly suggest.

Hello siva.ssk7,

you should get the same behavior in the realtime page and in the reports, isn't it? Which version of QueueMetrics?
QueueMetrics doesn't have control on this aspect anyway, the caller ID comes from the provider and pass through the trunk dialplan.

Its showing as local/3002@from-internal
