Hello,

In "calls in process," the realtime display agents with call active while the same agent appears with ringing other entry.
How I can do to show only active calls?

Loway QueueMetrics - 13.04.2
  asterisk 1.6.2.22

This is not a Qm issue but your Asterisk is trying to dial agents even if they are on a conversation. Make sure this does not happen :)
