RT - disable sound alarms (yellow/red)

Hi,

Q1.  It is to possible to disable sound alarm (red,yellow) on RT page, when the call was received by the agent? (and how to :)

The default Real-time page that ships with QueueMetrics will play sounds when yellow or red alarms are triggered.
The sounds played, or whether to play any, are controlled by a couple of system properties in the configuration.properties file:

sound.yellowAlarm=http://myserver/audioYellow.wav
sound.redAlarm=http://myserver/audioRed.wav

If you want to turn them off completely, just set them to blank.

Hi,

I want to (ONLY) disable alarms only for calls that are answered (the call is in progress)

You can edit which alarms you want  on the queue definition.
Audio can be enabled or disabled only system-wide.
