Ok, but I dont' see a detail of the missed calls, like when the call was missed, and who was the caller.

Hello. I think this is the more suitable subforum to post this.

 I saw an elastix integration with QM for 6 months at $123 US dollars, but the minimun buying price as is detailed in your webpage is 1000 CHF. Do you offer a limited license for a cheap price ranging only some months?

Hello. I'm trying Queuemetrics. I need to know a detail of the missed calls by agent, I mean a complete report on the "RINGNOANSWER" calls. I need this to know what agents are not answering calls.

Does Queuemetrics support this kind of report? Reviewing the reports in QM it seems that doesn't support this.
